Our funeral home is a family owned and operated business since 1910. We are large enough to give our families the same service as the largest funeral homes around, yet we are small enough that each family gets the level of attention and care they deserve.

A licensed funeral director since 1971, Warren was born in Plymouth and after graduating from Plymouth High School, obtained his liberal arts education at Valparaiso University in Indiana. He then attended and received his diploma, cum laud, from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and was proud to have received the schools highest award in restorative arts. He began his career as the third generation of Wittkopps, in the family business in 1971, working as a funeral director and becoming one of the first EMTs in Sheboygan County, working on Wittkopp Ambulance Service. He is proud to have had the privilege of carrying his families business into it’s 96th year of service to his community and looks forward to seeing the company celebrate it’s 100th year anniversary in 2010. “Assisting my friends and neighbors through the most difficult time of their life, is an honor not given to many.” His focus now, is the expertise he offers to his clients, in their psychological and spiritual journey through the loss of their loved ones. His service to the community includes past membership in the Plymouth Jaycees. Warren persisted in helping the Jaycees, to establish the cities first Christmas parade. He also served on the board of the Plymouth United Way, serving as a past campaign chairman, sang with the Plymouth Barbershop Chorus for 18 years, served on the board of the chamber of commerce, helped in the establishment of the Plymouth Arts Foundation serving on it’s first board of directors and currently serves on the board of directors of the Plymouth Ambulance service. Warren is a life time member of St. John Lutheran Church and has appreciated serving on most of it’s executive boards and committees and singing with it’s choir. Warren and his wife Margaret live in Plymouth and are the proud parents of four children and seven grandchildren. Warren’s hobbies have included most outdoor sports including hunting, golfing, fishing and since 2001, has immersed himself in his boyhood dream of riding and training horses. Warren believes, that keeping his business in the status of family owned and operated, is paramount to serving the community properly. The addition of Jason Schneider, a licensed funeral director from Chilton to his staff in 2005, is an important step in keeping his families philosophy of business in tact for yet another generation.

Jason R. Schneider, licensed funeral director, licensed embalmer, and licensed insurance intermediary. Jason was born and raised in Chilton, Wisconsin and after completing high school he attended Concordia University of Wisconsin, Mequon receiving his Bachelors degree in Theology and Biblical Languages. Upon completion of college, he worked as an assistant manager for the Cenex Land O’ Lakes Company. After a year with the company Jason decided to explore a career in funeral service. In August of 1999 he began working with the Wieting Family Funeral Home in Chilton. He returned to school and obtained his funeral directors license from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2002. After which he continued working for the Wieting’s until October 2005, at which time he decided to join the Wittkopp Funeral Home. Jason married his wife Angela in May of 1999, and in January of 2005 they had their first child, Samuel Isaac. Jason, Angela, and Samuel live in Plymouth. The couple is very active in the community. They are members of St. John Lutheran Church and Jason is a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Comerce and the Plymouth Lions Club. Jason is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, The Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association, where he is currently serving on the board of directors, The Lakeshore Funeral Directors Association, The International Order of the Golden Rule, and the The Fox River Valley Funeral Directors Association, where he is currently serving as immediate past president. In his free time Jason enjoys to hunt, fish, golf, and camp. Jason and his wife also own 110 acres of land just north of New Holstein where he spends much of his free time working with his pond and planting trees.
