Obituaries

Lucille M. Klemme, age 92, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday evening, December 31, 2009 at the Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sheboygan.

She was born on September 5, 1917 daughter of the late William and Minnie (Fenn) Huhn.

On September 7, 1941 she married Armond C. “Mutzie” Klemme.

Lucille was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth for the past 68 years.

She is survived by one daughter; Hope (Frank) Bastian of Elm Grove, WI, 2 grandchildren; Joe (Joanna) Bastian of Salt Lake City, Nathan (Barbara) Bastian of London, England, and a sister; Corrine Seliger.

Many nieces, nephews, and friends further survive her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, and seven sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, January 4, 2010 at the Wittkopp-Schneider Funeral Home in Plymouth with the Rev. Thomas Burton, associate pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, officiating.  Burial will precede the services on Monday in the Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call on Monday at the funeral from 12:30 PM until the time of service. 

The family wishes to thank the staff of Sunny Ridge for the wonderful care they have shown Lucille over the past 10 years. 

A memorial fund has been established in the name of Lucille Klemme for the Activity Department at Sunny Ridge Health and Rehab. Center.
