Obituaries

Ann H. Bemis, age 74, of Plymouth, died on January 19, 2012 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Elm Grove, WI on April 16, 1937 daughter of the late Burr and Helen (Beamer) Howard.
She attended grade school and graduated from Wauwatosa East High School and furthered here education at the University of Madison.
She was confirmed at, and a former member of the First Congregational Church in Wauwatosa.
She married Eugene G. Bemis at First Congregational Church in Wauwatosa on July 19, 1956.
In her free time she enjoyed, traveling, reading, crocheting, politics, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and cats.
She is survived by her three children; Jean (John) Baumann of Batavia, Steve (Sandi) Bemis of Adell, John Bemis of Danville, IN, eight grandchildren; Angela (Gabe) Krebs, Joshua (Margaret) Baumann, Eugene Baumann, Russell Baumann, Sara Bemis, Michael, Stephanie, and Cody Bemis, a great grandchild Eliza Baumann, and a sister Kay R. Dean of Milwaukee, a niece Kim A. Dean and a nephew Byron H. Dean. She is furthered survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceeded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held in conjunction with her step-sister Jacqueline Bodle at 6 PM on Monday, January 23, 2012 at the Schneider Funeral Home & Life Tributes in Plymouth with the Rev. Gail Mitchell, officiating. According to her wishes cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 PM until the time of service.
